Mary's Specialty Liquidation
Mary's is back, offering liquidation to the public after a year of contracts to a few wholesalers.

This is the remaining liquidation of a closed kitchen at Georgetown University, WA D.C.
Removal must be completed by March 30.04.
All equipment will be sold as best offer.
Offers deemed as acceptable can close as early as tomorrow.
Payment must be made or arranged at the time the offer is accepted.
All walk-in units will be pumped down (disconnected) into their reservoirs (if attached) and certified compliant at our expense.
All equipment is sold "as is-where is" with a hold harmless agreement.
All equipment can be started up prior to pick up.
A loading dock is available along with pallet jacks for moving to dock.
Items can possibly be arranged for dismantling or loading at additional charges.
All inspections are by appointment only and arranged by Mary's Liquidation. DO NOT call Georgetown University. They cannot make schedules nor do they have current inventory sheets.
