Privacy Policy

• We never sell or share Email, phone, or credit card information to any third party whatsoever, under any circumstances. 

• We do not store phone or credit card #'s on our computer or any other data base. 

• We also shred all original order information after clients receive their merchandise, unless they request that we keep it on file (NOT on the computer).

Return Policy

• We accept most products returned in an unused, undamaged condition with a guaranteed 100% merchandise refund in a very short, stipulated time frame.  Large items, a short trial accepted.
• We do not refund freight charges.  No restock charge.  Customer pays the freight both ways and must ship to our specified return address.  Our factories will not accept an item without a 30% restock charge.  It is our company policy of - no restock charge - and we absorb the expense and added inventory.  It is our way of saying our sales staff has analyzed the item/items for the job you requested.
• You must call or email for a return authorization # to receive proper credit.  DO NOT return a drop shipped item to the factory.  This results in a 30% restock charge.  CALL US PLEASE.

Freight Policy

• Small items are shipped at the rates charged us + a $1 handling charge.
• We weigh, measure and look up actual charges according to zip code.
• Heavy items are shipped via truck at actual factory discount rates or we obtain 3 freight truck quotes, including all export destinations.
• Freight Damage is the responsibility of the carrier.  We will be happy to work with you on your claim. (This rarely occurs.)
• We charge actual freight - which means we must pull, pack, weigh, measure each package to give you your freight charge.  We do not ask you to subsidize the order that is twice as far away with an averaged shipping price, therefore, we choose to be exact in our freight charges.
