After 60 years, we are building custom 40 qt. strainers. These strainers are built to order. They fit 60 - 80 - & 140 Qt. Hobart® style mixers.
Our standard strainer/ricer consists of an aluminum top hub, a tinned steel shaft and attachment for brush or roller.
Rollers will be hardwood maple.
Porcelain rollers not available at this time
Hard nylon rollers also available.
Brushes as shown above with 1" bristles.
The strainer is tinned steel.
The ring and screen support are tinned steel.
The screen will be SS with a small variety of hole sizes available.
We will build anything or everything on the strainer in SS if requested...even the rollers.
