Yeast raised donut varieties may be
added to your sales with the FT42 feed table and CT30 proof box.
Either frozen or bench cut yeast donuts are proofed on proof cloths which
are then placed on the FT42 feed table. The fryer conveyor and feed
table are synchronized and the donuts are automatically fed into the
fryer; fried, turned, drained, and dispensed.
